Our shipping distribution center is in Orlando, FL
We reserve the right to combine or split orders based on inventory stock.
Shipping Times
- All orders placed before 2:30PM (Florida Time) will ship that same day.
- All orders placed after 2:30PM (Florida Time) will ship the following business day.
- Our distribution warehouse hours are M-F from 9am-5pm (Florida Time). We are closed on weekends and major US holidays; orders will ship the following business day.
International Shipping Policy
- We offer international shipping on all items that meet regulatory guidelines for export. We utilize DHL Express Shipping.
- All customers are liable for any and all customs and duties imposed by their country’s laws and customs policies. Dejean Beauty takes no responsibility for these additional charges, and we advise customers to get accurate tax rates from their local customs office.
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties.
- You will need to enter your zip code correctly. If for some reason, you are unable to put the correct zip code, please contact info@dejeanbeauty@gmail.com for further assistance. If the zip code is incorrect, the order WILL be delayed.
- Once a package leaves our center, we have zero control over the package. Because of this, all international orders are final. Returns, refunds and exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances.
